4Relief is an independent humanitarian and development organization, established with the aim of extending a helping hand to communities affected by crises, disasters and poverty, and helping them regain their ability to stand up again and produce. We do not view humanitarian work as merely providing emergency relief and urgent assistance, but rather we are working to implement integrated development programs that enable affected families to rely on themselves and rebuild their lives with a greater ability to withstand and overcome harsh conditions. In close cooperation with our local partners in the field, we develop sustainable solutions based on a careful assessment of actual needs, with a direct focus on the areas most in need, most notably the Gaza Strip.

At 4Relief, we aspire to reach a world in which every human being enjoys a dignified life free from the cruelty of poverty and deprivation, and where basic needs are met as an inherent and inalienable right. We aspire to build sustainable societies that are resilient and empowered, and have a high capacity for resilience and self-response in the face of disasters and emergency crises without their aspirations being broken or diminished. Our vision is centered around transforming affected areas from hotbeds of need into live, direct environments for production and development, giving individuals and families the ability to take ownership of their lives and secure a safe and sustainable future for their children and future generations.

Our mission at 4Relief is to build reliable and direct bridges of giving and solidarity that bring together philanthropists and communities most in need, while delivering this support to those who truly deserve it with the highest levels of transparency and accountability and in a way that preserves full human dignity. We take it upon ourselves to transform noble feelings of sympathy and solidarity into sustainable field development impact that significantly raises the quality of life. We work through strong field partnerships and thoughtful projects to provide families with solutions and tools that ensure their transition from a state of need to production, so that together we can accelerate the planting of hope and firmly rebuild their future.
