Refund Policy

• An error in the donation amount or a duplicate payment
• A transaction executed without authorization from the payment method owner
• A technical error resulting in an unintended charge

• After the donation has been transferred to the implementing project or organization
• If the donation has already been used in humanitarian activities
• If the refund request violates applicable regulations or laws

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the donation date via email to refunds@forrelief.org, including: transaction number or receipt, donor name, and reason for the request. Requests are reviewed and the applicant notified within 10 business days.
